SauvMaison.co.uk (the ‘website’) is owned and operated by SauvMaison Limited, a British retailer registered in the United Kingdom
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register for an account. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the ‘terms’). We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Our new terms will be displayed on the website, and by continuing to use and access the website, you agree to be bound by any variation.
When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address contact@hoorayl.com. We may change registration requirements infrequently. Furthermore you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
These terms are available in the English language only. Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory rights.

You are provided access to the website for personal and non-commercial use only. All access to, or use of this website will be in accordance with these terms. Suspension to your access to the website may occur if you do not comply (or we reasonably believe that you are not complying) with these terms, any other terms or policies to which they refer, or any applicable laws.

    We cannot guarantee that the material contained in the website, or any of the functions of the website and the server, will function without any interruption or delay or will be error-free, free from defects, viruses or bugs, or compatible with any other software or material. The website is provided ‘as is’. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual property rights refers to rights such as copyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind, whether or not they are registered or unregistered (anywhere in the world). We reserve all of our rights in any intellectual property in connection with these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these terms and conditions grants you any legal rights in the website other than as necessary to enable you to access the website. You agree not to adjust, circumvent or delete any notices contained on the website (including any intellectual property notices), or any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained in the website.

The website may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party websites other than the website. Any such hyperlinks or references are provided for your convenience only. SauvMaison Ltd has no control over third-party websites and will not accept any legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them.

3.0 Orders

Eligibility to order

 

  • You must be over 16 years of age
  • Provide us with your real name, contact details and payment information when creating an order
  • Please make available to us a valid delivery address
  • Please provide us with a valid payment method that corresponds with our website.

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following:

 

  • You will be given the opportunity to confirm the details of your order, including your address and payment details, prior to completing your order.
  • We will send you a confirmation email when we have received your order. Then we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched for delivery. This verifies that we have accepted your order.
  • Please check our delivery section for times and procedure.
  • Once the ‘Pay Now’ button is clicked, you have given us authorisation to process your order as requested.

We may be unable, or refuse, to accept your order if:

 

  • Products in your order are unavailable. We will do our best to ensure that this doesn’t happen but catalogue systems can sometimes go out of sync.
  • We are unable to process payment for your order, or your preferred payment method has been refused.
  • The pricing or product has been identified as incorrect.
  • Your order fails to meet the requirements of import restrictions or requirements at the delivery destination.
  • You fail to meet our order eligibility criteria or have failed to comply with our terms.
  • If we are unable to accept your order, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

3.2 Prices, Payment and Charges

 

  • SauvMaison has delegated certain aspects of the website’s operation, including payment processing, to stripe.
  • Prices for products on our website can amend and offers may be modified at any time. Please check the terms of any offer.
  • If you are viewing the website from the UK, the product prices advertised are inclusive of UK VAT. Delivery charges are not included and will be added when paying for your garments.
  • International shipping will incur different taxation rules and further charges may be applicable. Some locations may require import duties to be paid upon receipt of the products. When checking out we will notify you if import duties are included or if you need to pay them separately. If they are not included, SauvMaison do not have control over the cost and cannot advise on the amount. You the customer, is accountable for the charges of any import duties and taxes that are not included. Please liaise with your local Customs office for further guidance and an estimate, before placing your order.
  • All forms of payment are subject to authentication checks and approval by the issuer. If the issuer of your payment method refuses to or does not, authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
  • Cancellation or the return of products purchased in a promotion or at a discounted price will be refunded at the price charged when you purchased the product. Please note: you are subject to our returns policy when returning products purchased in a promotion or at a discounted price.

3.3 Product Descriptions and Restrictions

 

  • Please contact us if you are unsure of a colour of a product, as colours may differ from the images shown on our website due to different device screen resolution or settings.
  • Overstock Issues:
  • From time to time our system will oversell an item.
  • Substitutions will never be made without your prior consent. If a replacement product has a higher difference in value, you will need to pay the difference. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you, we may cancel the order, or remove the specific items not available and proceed with the transaction.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions in relation to wearing our clothing. Please refer to each product for materials and composition. Please contact us for any further information.

3.4 Delivery Options

Our delivery options vary by shipping destination, product, and service. Please visit our Delivery and Returns page for further details.

3.5 Delivery Carriers and Time

 

  • Delivery is next working day for orders placed before 12pm and 2 days delivery after.
  • All orders are signed for
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed after 12noon will be processed the following day.
  • Customers will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number

3.6 International Delivery

-Please allow 3-5 working days Monday – Friday for delivery from our trusted courier service.

 

  • All orders are signed for
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed after 12noon will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed after 2 days.
  • Customers will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number

3.7 Customisable items

Given that these garments are customised, it is not possible to exchange or return them. Moreover, it is not possible to cancel purchases of items that have been customised in any way.

3.8 Delivery Taxes & Duties

International shipping will incur different taxation rules and further charges may be applicable. Some locations may require import duties to be paid upon receipt of the products. When checking out we will notify you if import duties are included or if you need to pay them separately. If they are not included, SauvMaison do not have control over the cost and cannot advise on the amount. You the customer, is accountable for the charges of any import duties and taxes that are not included. Please liaise with your local Customs office for further guidance and an estimate, before placing your order.

 

  • All forms of payment are subject to authentication checks and approval by the issuer. If the issuer of your payment method refuses to or does not, authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4.0 Returns

Online Pre-orders, Cancellations and Returns

4.1 Order Cancellation and Pre-Orders

Depending on where you live, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or equivalent consumer legislation in the EU. You have the ability to cancel your order within 5 days of receipt unless it has already been dispatched. Please be aware that your right to cancel the order is not relevant to products that are customisable.
Once the products are returned to us, you will receive a full refund back to the payment method that you used to purchase the products.
Please contact our Customer Service team immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Please provide us with your order number, contact details and the products you want to cancel.
If your order has been dispatched, please ensure that you wait until your order has arrived before emailing for a return.
You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order.

Returns Process

4.2 Returns/ No Exchanges are permitted at this time

Refunds will be permitted during a 14 day returns period. SauvMaison garments should be returned new, unworn, free from makeup, stains and unwashed with all labels and tags still attached to the garment, in their original packaging. Our products need to be in the same condition as when you received them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like a different size or a refund. If you require a refund please send your order number, name and the reason you are returning  the item to contact@hoorayl.com

-Once your return has been approved you will receive a free returns label and instructions on how to use it.

4.3 Need A Different Size?

Exchanges are not available, if you wish to try another style, simply return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

4.4 Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

4.5 When will our refund be processed?

Please allow 5-14 working days for your refund. Once your return is received and passes quality control you will receive a refund.
However, please note that your bank may take longer to process this.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service. For all international returns, please ensure that you pay for all customs duties and taxes. Any returned items (at your own cost) with outstanding duties/tax charges may be held at customs. We will not cover these charges and you will need to contact your courier to resolve this. For international orders, please ensure you mark your returned parcel as RETURNED GOODS with the country of origin marked as UK.
If we incur any fees, they will be deducted from your refund amount/additional amount will have to be paid in the case of exchanges. Your local tracked shipping service is typically the most affordable.

US returns, we recommend that you use USPS. Canada, Canada PostPlease do NOT use FedEx as they add surcharges without prior notice. We also advise against using DHL, TNT, UPS.

4.7 Internationals Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds/exchanges will be permitted during a 14 day returns period. SauvMaison garments should be returned new, unworn, unwashed with all labels and tags still attached to the garment. Our products need to be in the same condition as when you received them. Faulty products can be returned within the same 14 day period. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

  • Once your return has been approved you will need to return the garments. We do not cover the cost of returning the product. You’ll need to return your item(s) in their original packaging to….

5.0 Personal Information

This contract which applies when entering the SauvMaison website/SauvMaison associated pages via social media, a partnering company or any other platform which is connected back to us. No other person/company/business/entity shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

 

  • If a court or related authority deems sections of this contract to be illegal, all other passages of the contract will continue to be enforced.
  • These terms are governed by English law and legal proceedings should be brought to the appropriate courts.
